Zoeftig is partner of choice for Edinburgh Airport

Since its first commission in 2017, Zoeftig has continued its relationship with Scotland’s busiest airport, Edinburgh Airport, to provide to date over 1,800 of its market leading seating solutions and power modules.

Handling a staggering 14.3 million passengers per year, the airport is also Britain’s sixth busiest airport, hosting 37 airlines that fly to 157 destinations across 227 routes.

To ensure the airport offers each passenger the greatest experience, it selected Zoeftig’s award-winning inFINITE seating solutions to be installed throughout multiple gates, supported by in-seat power modules to provide high speed charging on the go.

In 2018, Edinburgh Airport once again turned to Zoeftig for support, selecting 300 inFINITE seating solutions to be installed throughout gates 17 and 18, whilst 50 inFINITE PRM seating solutions in vibrant blue upholstery were also chosen to be installed throughout non-gate areas, providing comfortable respite for passengers.

The inFINITE range is constructed from Zoeftig’s specially developed Z-form polyurethane, which offers outstanding resilience and comfort, without compromising on quality or aesthetics.

Most recently, Zoeftig’s innovative Zineare seating solutions were selected to be installed throughout the airport’s external shelters, including bus stops, to provide long lasting durability against the elements and high traveller footfall.

The continued relationship between Zoeftig and Edinburgh Airport is testament to the Zoeftig team’s continued dedication to providing a unique and bespoke approach to terminal seating design. Paul Williams, CEO of Zoeftig, said: “It’s a real privilege for Zoeftig to be a leading supplier for Scotland’s busiest airport. Our unique inFINITE seating solution is a favourite for airports across the globe and we’re extremely pleased it’s been chosen by Edinburgh Airport to provide such high levels of passengers a place to sit and charge their devices whilst they wait for their flight. We look forward to a prosperous relationship for years to come.”
